Peer Review
Advanced Research Journal operates as a double-blind, peer-reviewed scholarly publication accepting only original, unpublished works. Manuscripts under consideration elsewhere or previously published will be rejected.
Review Process
Submissions undergo initial editorial screening within two weeks based on journal scope, quality, APA 7 compliance, language standards, citation accuracy, and similarity checks. Approved manuscripts are sent to two anonymous field experts for evaluation.
Timeline & Decisions
The review process takes 8-10 weeks for initial decisions. When reviewers disagree, additional evaluators are consulted. Reviewers assess manuscripts on originality, methodology, ethics compliance, presentation quality, and scholarly contribution. After peer review completion, editors typically spend 2 weeks analyzing reviewer feedback before reaching final decisions and notifying authors.
Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on overall presentation quality, including readability and APA 7 formatting, introduction strength covering problem significance and originality, methodological appropriateness and reliability, analytical accuracy in results presentation, and discussion relevance to research questions with clear contribution to existing literature.
Confidentiality & Ethics
All review processes remain confidential. Reviewers must provide detailed, scholarly feedback and declare any conflicts of interest. Authors must thoroughly and systematically address reviewer recommendations.
